Pearl Harbor Facts | Pearl Harbor Attack EMERGENCY RADIO BROADCAST

69 years ago, the two brothers were serving in the US Navy on board the USS Maryland. Albert Morosi, who was only 19 years old, remembers clearly the morning of the Pearl Harbor attack.

The attack on Pearl Harbor (called the Hawaii Operation or Operation Z by the Japanese Imperial General Headquarters, and the Battle of Pearl Harbor by some Americans) was a surprise military strike conducted by the Imperial Japanese Navy against the United States naval base at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii on the morning of December 7, 1941.
About 100 survivors, including the youngest in their late 80s, have traveled from across the country Tuesday to attend the ceremony.

The survivors are welcome to a new $ 56 millionVisitor center and a boat ride on the monument that sits atop the battleship.
